Smallcaps
Terms in small capitals ("smallcaps") are terms used (in English and/or translation) by ten or more countries, i.e. there are at least ten distinct entries under their headings in [[List of terms for contemporary administrative country subdivisions]] – now deleted apparently without any replacement, though try Table of administrative divisions by country. "browser diversity" is by definition commonly used.
